One of the greatest challenges on the path to aging is the changes that can happen to our minds. We may begin to see declines in our ability to recall information and sometimes our ability to handle our emotions. Despite what people may think, mental decline is not an inevitable part of aging. There are many studies that show there are many brain stimulating activities that can slow down and, in some cases, completely reverse mental declines.
My grandmother lived well until she was 96 years old, fully in her right mind and memory. Her brain stimulating tool was reading. She was an advent reader. She read books, magazines, and newspapers daily. She amazed me with her ability to remember pretty much anything, even things I couldn’t remember at 50 years younger.
To address the mental and emotional challenges we face on this journey, we offer weekly articles, regular virtual workshops, one on one consultations and more. Please join us on the journey.
